I had another ultrasound on Thursday. The doctor wanted to make sure the baby was big enough (even though I've been measuring big & look big, to me at least). The baby is currently in the 60th percentile & weighs 3 pounds 11 ounces already. That seems big to me since I do have 10 weeks left & that's when the pounds start packing on. I'm hoping a 10 pound baby doesn't come out to greet me in December.
And, we're fairly certain by this most recent ultrasound photo (which I will post soon) that this baby is Jack's twin. I seem to be winning the gene war. At least Jack's a cutie. That bodes well for the rest of our kids!

The bigger the baby the less pounds on your body when you leave the hospital. The Maynors can hardly wait for those 10 weeks to fly by.
30 weeks...yeaaa! Jack's twin as in a boy??? :) Can't wait for all the excitement. We'll be seeing you guys soon.
Thank you for helping me see the positive side of a massive baby Mel.
Keli- Jack's twin as in this baby looks JUST like Jack. We don't know if it's a boy or girl.
Andi, Don't get too worked up over the due date. Your little one could be super patient like Liam and wait weeks past the due date. I ran around like a crazy woman getting prepared only to have to wait around until the end of Feb. Enjoy the quiet, you won't believe how busy life can be with two, and then three!
I remember that feeling of "Oh my goodness . . . I am not ready for this baby to be here yet!" It was very strong with baby #2. Even as I was going in to the hospital I didn't feel ready. But siblings add such a fun mix into life. There are few things that are quite as sweet as an older sibling doting over a younger. Pics of Jack holding his little bro/sis will be many and adorable!
I wish you the best as you enter this last stretch of your pregnancy...I know I was just so READY to have Elizabeth but then she got here and I realized that 2 is way harder than 1! But it is also so much more fun and such a blessing. I'm sure you will do great and I hope Jack likes being a big brother! ;)
