This is Jack & Ava Belle (beautiful photo taken by Emily, not me!). Jack asks to play with Ava Belle a lot & they usually end up fighting like brother & sister, except, apparently when they dress as princesses. My hunch is that this photo will be displayed at their future wedding...

We have several of these shots. Instead of Jack and Ava Belle, it's Jonah and Ali. They've been buds since Ali was 6 mos old. They are now 9 and almost 9 and fully intend to get married. It's funny b/c it's just a very matter of fact kind of thing for them. In fact, we've had to make the "marriage plans" an off limits subject b/c Emma gets jealous!
Love the picture!! My 4-year old Isaac has a crush on my friend's 3 year old daughter, Samantha. They always want to hug and Isaac does silly faces and dances and Samantha giggles and tells him how funny he is. It is very cute. But poor Elizabeth is always confused as to why Samantha doesn't want to play with her!!
This really is such a great picture. A fairly rare moment, honestly. I'll be keeping it in my 'rehearsal dinner video' file for them.
