We've had a bit of a rough day at our house. A mama that feels sick, a daddy that is on deadline, a baby that's acting like, well, a baby, and a little boy that is realizing more & more that things have changed for good in his world.
But, I love this picture. Especially Jack's cute face. When I look at it what I see is baby Jack in the chair & big Jack in the red shirt. It's amazing how much Annie looks like Jack as a baby.

Awe, mama. They are so sweet! I found your blog from I don't know where, but I can certainly relate to much of your writing. My kids are 4 and 2, and 26 months apart. I remember those first months unraveling me. And then melting with love. And then falling apart again. The second baby is a bit of a shock to the system... just when ya think ya got this mothering gig down, BAM, baby #2 steps in. You sound like an amazing mama. Thanks for sharing. :)

They are so cute together. The pics I have of my two when little sister was tiny are some of my favorite photos ever.
